I just experienced a really great surprise and I’m so happy to be writing about it here on the Internet. Well I guess what happened is that I was on You Tube looking for silly videos to show my best friend when I found a video of my favorite athlete of all time. It was such a great surprise because I’ve not seen him perform or play in almost 5 years because he retired a long time ago. I do not have any sort of special television connection so I did not have the special sports channel so I could not see him play classic games. That is why it was so amazing to discover him on the Internet. I watched one video in particular almost 17 times because it was a video where he was dunking and he looks so amazing and strong when he did it. The announcers went wild and the crowd went even more wild.

Discarded Beethoven Work to Be Performed
Every art form has its moments permanently lost to the ravages of time. Fans of theatre will forever ask where Shakespeare’s supposed lost play, ‘Love’s Labour’s Won’ is. Television has forever lost early Doctor Who serials, and there are countless books and movies we wish we could regain from the treasure trove of time. When a production music company gets hold of lost Elvis recordings or a new test collaboration (such as between Michael Jackson and Queen, as was allegedly in the works at one point), it finds a way to exploit them.
So what would you do if you came across a lost work of some past master? That’s the question that has faced Barry Cooper, a professor of music at Manchester University who has been pouring over discarded manuscripts written by Beethoven. The movement of a string quartet was roughed out in 1799 and given to Beethoven’s patron, but with missing parts and a not entirely coherent order, Cooper has had to work especially hard to reconstruct the piece which he performed in Manchester at the beginning of October.

Channel Crossings Are Much Quieter Now
Journeys across the English Chanel with my young boys used to be a nightmare, however now with them being able to watch tv online I don’t have the worry of them being too noisy. The ferry that we get on to cross the Chanel is amazing, it has all the programs we need stored on computer on board. We have a second home in Lille so it regularly make the journey, being able to sit the kids in front of game shows and dinosaur documentaries keeps them occupied. With the kids occupied I can sit down with a glass of wine and listen to some music on my music player. Boat journeys are so much easier now that the kids are kept busy. When we arrive back from our trip away it is so noticeable just how calm everyone is because of the relaxing journey. My husband always mentions to me afterwards how much quieter the kids are, I could not do it with being able to watch TV online that’s for sure.

Tips for Drawing Better Roses
Of all the things I want to learn how to draw, I want to be able to draw roses. I just think they are a perfect flower, and a perfect subject for many different kinds of drawings. Not only that, but being able to draw a rose will be helpful with all sorts of different arts and crafts. If I could draw a nice rose, I could decorate birthday cards and valentine’s day cards and even wedding invitations. I might be able to help all sorts of people with special, hand-drawn cards for their celebrations.
Being able to draw a rose will also enable me to do lots of different crafts, like stencil making, and even scrapbooking. Once I know how to draw a good rose, I will probably be able to make paper cut outs of roses, and then I can make my scrapbook look really wonderful, especially if I use different kinds of paper for the cutouts.

I Feel Motivated but Not That Motivated
Ok, let me confess, that I do feel motivated, but certainly also not that motivated, when it comes to everything that people have been talking about these past few days. I mean, what else is there except a couple of people who want nothing else except to buy a MIDI Keyboard. I mean, what exactly is it about all these MIDI keyboards. Are we losing something here, or is there something much better that we haven’t seen yet. In any case, even if you lose your personal sense of shame, you can still turn up the volume and turn up things. I hope that other people will be more than willing, and will be more than happy to oblige you, and give you what you need. That’s really the name of the game here, and you really need to develop your game slowly and surely, without any big worries. Just be constant and consistent.

The Violin Teacher with a Difference
Being a violin teacher can sometimes be a challenging experience. Often children are brought by well meaning parents wanting them to learn an instrument. However in order to learn an instrument it is important to have a curiosity and drive to wanting to figure out how things work. I am a violin teacher cork, based in Cork. In my classes I aim for nourishing that curiosity in my students. Music can be played with very little skill. In fact I believe that everybody can play music at a certain level. It is just about rhythm and a simple melody. My improvisation teacher once showed me how I could make up a tune using two notes and a simple rhythm. Once there is a basic understanding of rhythm and a basic skill to use the instrument music is a means to express oneself through an instrument. Just like when learning a language, in the beginning expression is very limited but with some practise and a sense of desire to express improvement happens soon.

Tokina 80-400mm Short Review
I have been looking online thoroughly but could not find a good review of the Tokina 80-400mm lens. Therefore, I will be compiling this short review here. I have a copy and rate this as an excellent lens. In terms of quality, it is very close to the quality of a Canon L lens. However, I have read some comments online by people who like their Canon lenses better than the Tokina but they might be biased. Maybe I was lucky to get a good copy. All the pictures that I took were very sharp with very minor adjustment needed on Photoshop. It did not take me more than one hour to complete the adjustment with just a couple of clicks. Some people also use this lens with his Canon DSLR camera to shoot fast moving race cars and he has been very pleased with the results. I will post some sample images soon.

Finding Gigs on the Internet
I just found this great spot on the Internet to find good Manchester gigs. I like to try safe the URLs of different sites that have good, reliable lists of gigs that are available in different cities, that way when I go to the city, I can just go to my list and call up the people that have openings in that city. Being able use the Internet has definitely made my job as manager all whole lot easier than it was before. I really like to use e-mail to organize all of our gigs and to make sure that we don’t miss any of our appointments. Sometimes people try to make arrangements with me verbally, but I always tell them that I’ll send them an e-mail. That’s even gotten a whole lot easier now that I have a smart phone and I can actually send e-mail straight for my phone.

The bracelet will ensure that your picks are always available. Here’s how to go about it. Choose the string thickness that best suits your wrists and picks. Put holes in your picks. Smaller picks will punch more easily. The string has to fit through the holes. Wrap the string around your wrist until it is coiled several times. You decide on the thickness of the bracelet. Cut the string based on how many tines you want it looped around your wrist. Secure the bracelet by looping the string through the small hole at one end. Wrap this end in a piece of tape. Loop the picks into the bracelet. Unfasten and fasten your bracelet with tape to add or remove tapes.
